Terms and Conditions for Scholarix Admission Processing Agency

 

1. Client Responsibilities

  • The client is solely responsible for providing all required documents, including but not limited to valid passports, academic transcripts, degree certificates, and professional references. Scholarix will not be held liable for delays or rejections due to incomplete or incorrect documentation.

2. Accuracy of Information

  • Clients must ensure the accuracy and authenticity of all submitted documents and personal information. Any discrepancies may result in application delays or denials, for which Scholarix will not be accountable.

3. Service Scope

  • Scholarix offers assistance with applications to three (3) institutions per package. Additional applications can be processed for an extra fee.
  • While we guide the application and documentation process, the final decision on admission rests solely with the respective institutions.

4. Service Fees

  • Our service fee covers the application process and associated support. School application fees charged by institutions are separate and must be paid by the client directly.
  • UK Application Fee Exception: The service fee for UK schools is $300 USD for three schools, as most UK institutions do not charge application fees.

5. Refund Policy

  • Service fees are non-refundable once the application process has commenced, except in cases where Scholarix fails to provide the agreed services due to internal issues.

6. Communication

  • Clients are expected to maintain prompt communication with Scholarix throughout the application process. Failure to respond to queries or provide required documents within specified timelines may result in delays or termination of services.

7. Confidentiality

  • Scholarix ensures that all client information and documents are handled with the utmost confidentiality and used solely for the purpose of facilitating school applications.

8. Limitations of Liability

  • Scholarix will not be held responsible for application rejections, visa denials, or delays caused by third-party institutions, embassies, or other external bodies.
