A refund may be issued only if the student receives no admission offer from any of the institutions included in the application package prepared and submitted through Scholarix.

2. Complete Documentation:

The applicant must provide evidence of all admission decisions received from the institutions, including rejection letters or official notifications.

3. Accurate Information Requirement:

The guarantee applies only if all information, documents, academic records, and personal details provided by the applicant were complete, truthful, and accurately submitted at the time of application.

Scholarix reserves the right to deny refunds for applications affected by misinformation, incomplete documentation, late submissions, or failure to follow provided instructions.

4. Sevice Completion Requirement:

The guarantee is valid only after Scholarix has fully delivered the services included in the selected package (SOP writing, application submission, document review, etc.).

5. Refund Amount:

Eligible applicants will receive a refund of the service fee paid, excluding any third-party charges such as:

  • University application fees
  • Credential evaluation fees
  • Test fees
  • Government or visa-related fees

6. Timeframe for Refund Requests:

Refund claims must be submitted within 30 days of receiving the final admission decision.

7. Non-Refundable Situations:
